Viirtue Scheduled Maintenance 11/05 - Apollo & SaS Cluster V45.1 Upgrade

Viirtue engineers will be upgrading the Apollo & SaS clusters to version 45.1. During the maintenance window, each core server may briefly return a 503 response, prompting devices to fail over to their designated backup core.

Devices or SIP trunks that do not support DNS SRV records or that register directly to a core server's IP address may experience temporary service interruptions during this process.

No significant service disruptions are anticipated, and our engineers will monitor the cluster throughout the maintenance window.
