Viirtue engineers will be performing scheduled maintenance on our APOLLO cluster this evening as we upgrade the NDP to v44.5.
This maintenance includes several bug fixes, including:
-A fix for directory sorting when contacts have identical first and last names.
-A minor API update for SMS to resolve an issue that could cause duplicate queue prompts.

No service interruption is expected during this maintenance window.
