At approximately 14:44:57 EST on March 11, the NMS service on core2-nj (primary core processing service) experienced a crash, resulting in the temporary disruption of some active calls and device registrations.

The service automatically restarted within seconds, and all impacted services recovered immediately.

An open ticket is already in place with NetSapiens for further investigation into the root cause. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
