We would like to inform you that our engineers will be performing scheduled maintenance on the FL recording server to temporarily relocate its archival storage configuration. During this time, active calls may experience brief interruptions while the changes are being applied. After the maintenance, call recordings will be redirected to other available recording servers in our environment to ensure continued call recording functionality. This maintenance is part of our ongoing efforts to improve stability and resolve recent issues related to intermittent call recordings.
