Carrier returning busy for outgoing calls

Resolved

This incident has been resolved. Some customers reported busy signals on outbound calls. Investigated and found all calls were attempted to same carrier. We removed the carrier from the pool and outbound calling returned to normal. We will investigate with the carrier and insert them back into the pool after repair and testing.
