Viirtue System Maintenance- CORE-NJ - 05/20/2022 - 05/22/2022 We're performing system maintenance on core-nj beginning Friday 5/22 lasting up to 24 hours. During this time the core will not be accessible or processing calls. If you're using core-nj's direct IP [209.123.15.34] or FQDN [core-nj.syntelsolutions.com, portal.5060.cloud] in any of the following, we highly recommend you update configs to [core2-nj.syntelsolutions, portal3.5060.cloud] or [209.123.15.53].
Expected Services Impacted: Sip Trunks Any DNS Records pointing to [209.123.15.34] Previous core-nj NMS link/portal. API integrations using core-nj FQDN or IP [209.123.15.34] Direct SBC Teams Clients (We will be updating these trunks prior to maintenance and expect no impact.)
