Dear valued customers, Please be advised that our engineering team will be conducting scheduled maintenance for the Zeus cluster in order to upgrade system services to v43.2. The maintenance window will also involve the installation of a new physical server in the FL Datacenter for the Apollo Cluster.
As a result of this maintenance, there may be potential downtime in the following areas: - SIP Trunks - Portal Access - Device Registration - API endpoint availability - Mobile App

This scheduled maintenance affected: Zeus (API, Manager Portal, FL Core Server, NJ Core Server, Messaging (SMS/MMS), WebPhone, WebMeetings, Provisioning Server, Mobile App - iOS, Mobile App - Android) and Data Centers (Florida Data Center).
