Scheduled
Viirtue engineers will be moving our new call production server in our Apollo cluster to the primary position in the stack. This new server will increase network capacity as well as improve performance. Viirtue white label partners will need to update their portal dns records to point to the new server as well if they would like to use this new server for their portal. The old server address for portal will still work and you have 60 days to do this. More information regarding this change will be communicated via email as well as our next partner webinar. If you have any questions regarding this update please reach out to support by calling 833-VIIRTUE or emailing support@viirtue.com. No impact to call production services is expected during this maintenance window, but this is a significant change to our stack so we have all relevant resources available during the maintenance window in the event of any impairment.
